The headphones were a gift a few years ago and they're still boxed and never been used as the right ear has no sound at all. I had a pair of Bose headphones at the time these were bought for me that worked well so I put the new ones in a cupboard and forgot about about them. My old Bose headphones have since seen better days and don't hold a charge for long so I'm enquirying about a repair for the new pair rather than buy new headphones. It's likely a wire on connection.
