No visible issue but the connection goes from working well to crackles/background noise sporadically. This can be adjusted by slightly putting pressure on the L shaped portion of the distant cable right before the plug. However when moving the cable again by eg accidentally touching it it jumps back to crackly/quieter and the play to adjust it begins again.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
