The sound is crackly in the left speaker, I believe the cable is damaged, it is badly kinked at the junction. I don't have this problem with other headphones. Would it be possible to replace the cable? I believe there is a modification where you can have a jack plug fitted and use a single cable to the headphones as is the case with most other headphones, would it be possible to do this? I believe the junction for the cables is not a good design and can only cause problems.
