      • wiring broken as it enters headphones somewhere, light on right hand side earpiece not working and rear surround speaker not working on right, used to crackle if I touched the cable near the earpiece where it enters, now nothing.
        All other speakers seem to be working ok

        re: your section above “model number” I cannot see an actual model number anywhere, unless it is this one on e box RZ04-00600100-R3M1, but no numbers that your box will accept, The headphones are about 5 years old

The damage to be repaired ie a crazed screen was correctly described so the cost of the part and time element would have been available before quoting. To have a 60% mark up on that initial quote when they had the tablet was a bit much, but I suppose not entirely unexpected with such a business model.

Was greeted by a very pleasant and extremely helpful member of staff. He explained what they would do, what I would need to do and if I wanted to go ahead with the repair I could pay in person as he was aware of my computer situation.
      On collection I was greeted by Norbert the very pleasant staff member again who handed me the headphones in a protective case. I was absolutely overjoyed. I thought they were beyond being fixed. How wrong could I be. They're definitely as good as new.

      I broke my Bose headphones trying to fit new ear cushions which proved impossible for me to fit. I found Electronic Partners … read more details online and contacted them. They paid for the postage of my headphones to them, assessed the damage and gave me a very reasonable quote to repair them. They fixed the damage and also fitted the ear cushions for me, then returned the headphones in perfect working order. They even offered me a one year warranty for their work which I took out for £10.
      All in all a very professional and helpful service and gave me my much loved headphones back with new ear cushions and working perfectly. So much cheaper than buying a new pair. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
