The headphones keep disconnecting randomly from my Xbox, after previously working fine for the last 2 years. The problem gets worse/more frequent when the battery level is low. But can happen any time. Bluetooth connectivity seems to work ok, but I don't use that often. I have updated to latest firmware, and tried to disable/turn off bluetooth to help, but still has issues. Moves the xbox out from the cabinet, so it has clean line of sight to headphones, but still same issue. When it disconnects, I have to turn the headset off, then back on again, to get it to try connect again, then it works fine again for a while.

Was greeted by a very pleasant and extremely helpful member of staff. He explained what they would do, what I would need to do and if I wanted to go ahead with the repair I could pay in person as he was aware of my computer situation.
On collection I was greeted by Norbert the very pleasant staff member again who handed me the headphones in a protective case. I was absolutely overjoyed. I thought they were beyond being fixed. How wrong could I be. They're definitely as good as new. -

I broke my Bose headphones trying to fit new ear cushions which proved impossible for me to fit. I found Electronic Partners … read more details online and contacted them. They paid for the postage of my headphones to them, assessed the damage and gave me a very reasonable quote to repair them. They fixed the damage and also fitted the ear cushions for me, then returned the headphones in perfect working order. They even offered me a one year warranty for their work which I took out for £10.
All in all a very professional and helpful service and gave me my much loved headphones back with new ear cushions and working perfectly. So much cheaper than buying a new pair. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
