During set-up the optical cable snagged and pulled out of the speaker's "TV digital optical" socket. This tore off the digital optical socket protective flap, breaking one of the pivot lugs. The connection needs replacing as the cable will not lock in place. The item is brand new and unused.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
