The damage to be repaired ie a crazed screen was correctly described so the cost of the part and time element would have been available before quoting.       All in all a very professional and helpful service and gave me my much loved headphones back with new ear cushions and working perfectly. So much cheaper than buying a new pair. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
