Previously repaired by someone else, the newly added jack has not been installed correctly and there is no sound coming into either earpiece. The remote control also doesn’t work but the previous engineer said that the controller had become damaged and was beyond repair.
I also have an Mmcx cable that the same engineer repaired that had a new jack put on and when the cable moves around, sound cuts out intermittently. I’d like to have both repaired, but send one in at a time so I always have a working pair (or semi working pair)

My headphones were tracked the whole time, I had access to a portal where they took photos of my headphones when they arrived so I could see they arrived in good condition. Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
