Hi.
I've had some issues with my megaboom for a while now and after contacting logitech still haven't come any closer to resolving the issue.
I believe it's a blown speaker issue.
There is distortion on the low end at just over half volume. I've followed UEs instructions to reset the unit but to no positive result.
Please help.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
