      • A small amount (a quarter of a glass or so) of ginger wine was spilt across the keyboard around Christmas, the laptop had issues with its cooling fan a few days after the incident but seems to no longer have this issue. I have not used the laptop since except on two occasions to briefly assess its functionality, all keys are fully functional as of last week, and the fan can be heard working. I'm just concerned to get the device thoroughly cleaned so I can use it again. The battery pack is also jammed, which is why I can't provide the model number.

Was greeted by a very pleasant and extremely helpful member of staff. He explained what they would do, what I would need to do and if I wanted to go ahead with the repair I could pay in person as he was aware of my computer situation.
      On collection I was greeted by Norbert the very pleasant staff member again who handed me the headphones in a protective case. I was absolutely overjoyed. I thought they were beyond being fixed. How wrong could I be. They're definitely as good as new.

They paid for the postage of my headphones to them, assessed the damage and gave me a very reasonable quote to repair them. They fixed the damage and also fitted the ear cushions for me, then returned the headphones in perfect working order. They even offered me a one year warranty for their work which I took out for £10.
      All in all a very professional and helpful service and gave me my much loved headphones back with new ear cushions and working perfectly. So much cheaper than buying a new pair. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

      I thought my cherised 1970's Hitachi Music Centre was beyond repair until I found on Google Electronic Partners in Telford. … read more They restored it completely and replaced the woofer in both speakers, I couldn't have been more delighted. They kept me informed throughout advising me of part's required and costs which I paid as and when needed which was far better then being presented with a large bill at the end.
