Hi
Yesterday I was working on my Microsoft Surface Pro 3 without any problems or issues at all, it has been absolutely fine. I put it to one side and returned to it 40 minutes later and it wouldn't wake from sleep.
I've tried holding down the power button for 30 seconds and then holding the power & volume+ button together but this still doesn't do anything to power the device on.
I've read online that this is quite common but nobody seems to know what causes this. It was fine one minute and suddenly completely unresponsive the next. Have you experienced this problem with Surface Pro 3's before and can you fix it?
Please can you let me know what this would cost to fix?Thanks,
