The phone needs a new back and screen the volume button isn’t working the on /off switch isn’t working
The phoneis charging but I think the battery may be going done. When I pulled off back covertosee why the on /off button wouldn’t work I think I may have lost a small piece in behind the button I used a knife to see if I could get it to switch on and I think I may have cut the electronic strip that runs from the power button up into the phone the phone will still charge but will not switch on at all
I use the phone for work and all my contacts and photos are on it. I haven’t them saved

My headphones were tracked the whole time, I had access to a portal where they took photos of my headphones when they arrived so I could see they arrived in good condition. Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
