I recently ordered a replacement screen for my phone and tried to install it myself. I was mostly successful however two issues arose during the fix.
Firstly I found that after installing the screen it now has white lines running across it when it's turned on. I don't believe the issue is with the screen as it's new and it did initially work without these white lines when I first tested it. I think it may be some issue with the connection at the digitiser but I can't figure out what it is.
The second problem is the sound. I accidentally separated two wires from the circuitry which were responsible for playing sound. I know the fix requires a tiny amount of soldering however I do not have the experience of equipment.
Can you let me know how much it would cost to sort out these two problems? I'm hoping as a new screen is likely unnecessary that might reduce the quote a bit.
