    Hi , I bought a samsung xcover5 from Ebay 2 weeks ago in good faith, i contacted the seller , but they did not respond , when i got it tried to set it up , but it says "this device belongs to your organisation contact your IT Admin". I am familair with Samsung phones , i tried to factory reset it via the menu , no luck , tried hard rest , no luck , then I downloaded a Android OS 14 hoping a reinstall of the OS may fix the issue , still comes up with the above message , so i'm thinking its something to do with policies ? .
