The screen is badly broken and the area around the home button badly damaged. It charges and runs ok with about 25% of the touch screen working. I can’t seem to take photos on here though. It keeps coming up an error.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
