IT worked for a few minutes but then the screen begun behaving in a weird way and the tablet switched off completely by itself. Since then, it only switched back on once for a brief period of time. Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
