Micro USB connector is loose and requires to be replaced/resoldered. Kindle has critical battery message as device has not been charging as a consequence of loose connector. Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
