Hi, I tried to get a quote around two weeks ago but you weren't able to give me one. This time I have pictures that might be able to help you. My surface pro 4 heats up a lot and the fan makes a very loud sound. When the device is fully charged it works perfectly. However, when the battery is around half way, my screen starts to flicker and jump. This gets worse by the minute making the screen unreadable. Other than this, the screen has a tendency to go crazy. On the right hand side of my screen, I can see these ghostly bubbles and the cursor stays there making it unusable. When this happens, windows start opening and closing on their own and webpages start zooming in and out which then eventually closes on its own. I hope these pictures will make it more understandable. Note: I have never spilt any liquid on my screen and it had never fallen.
