fed a cd into the drive and it was not downloaded on to the hard disk . tried to eject the CD but it would not come out.When I tried pressing the eject button nothing happened. I went to CD functions on the main menu and selected it by pressing the "Push Menu/OK" button but the display stayed on the "Cd Function" main menu. Powered off/on and followed the instructions in the user guide – no joy. Tried holding the Brennan with the CD opening pointing towards the floor and pressing the eject button – no good . With the Brennan in the same position I again followed the instructions in the user guide – still has a cd stuck inside.
