Drone crashed due to firmware issue and it ripped the camera and gamble off. One set of cables that control the camer snapped and the ribbon cable is still in tact and moves the gimbals.some sort of clip or hook under the body of the drone that attaches it to the gamble has also snapped.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
