We use DPD and Royal Mail. Sending your device to our service centre is free with either option using the prepaid shipping option issued with your repair booking. No printer is needed: both services offer QR codes for label printing at drop-off.
Royal Mail is available throughout the UK. DPD availability depends on your location; use the DPD Pickup Point Finder to check local drop-off availability and point details. Follow the carrier and packing instructions issued with your booking.
The published UK return-postage charge is £7.90. A £7 surcharge applies above 5 kg or 61 × 46 × 46 cm. Do not assume those prices establish eligibility: contact us before booking a large, heavy, fragile or high-value device. The free inbound service is separate from return postage and any applicable additional charges.
Carrier transit estimates and delivery options depend on the booked service; they are separate from repair time and are not a guaranteed completion date. Check the tracking information provided. Whole televisions require an arrangement confirmed with the team before travel; do not assume a parcel service is suitable.
