A: No! Unlike other companies, we offer a free drop-off service within the United Kingdom for all out of warranty repairs.

Simply fill out the Repair Request, and we will send you a free prepaid post label which you can print off. We use Royal Mail Tracked services which is a parcel service you can trust.

If you ship from outside the UK, please organise your own shipping as we can not provide any prepaid shipping label.
