If you would prefer recycling instead of return, contact us to agree the arrangement and any outstanding charges. Recycling is not an automatic waiver of every fee.
When an amount remains unpaid after the invoice due date, we may choose to treat the device as abandoned in full and final settlement of the outstanding amounts relating to it. If we exercise that option, those amounts are waived and will not also be pursued; the device may be recycled or otherwise dealt with subject to applicable law. We may instead pursue payment or another available remedy.
A different clock applies when you have paid and selected collection: collect the device within 30 calendar days of the ready-for-collection notification. Uncollected devices are handled under the terms and applicable law, including any required notice or procedure. This is not an automatic 30-day countdown from repair completion.
