Hi, I have just sent you the information below, together with photos, by email, because I could not attach them to the estimate request form. Please tell me roughly how much it will cost to fix the drone, so I will know whether I can afford the repair:
• I bought the phantom 4 through Ebay. The seller said that he had never crashed the Phantom, but the landing gear had one small piece missing. The seller assured me that the drone was flying well before he sent it to me.
• I then bought the Phantom and flew it. It seemed to fly well.
• The Phantom clipped a tree, but seemed to be fine.
• Then, I tried to do an auto land. The screen said that the Phantom was doing an auto-landing but the Phantom came down at a pretty fast speed for a landing. On inspection:
• The plastic piece that connects the gimbal to the drone is damaged.
• The gimbal gets hot and smells burnt whenever I turn the drone on and the screen says that the circuit board is overloaded.
• Part of the landing gear is broken.
• One of the wing tips is broken, offsetting the motor which is now pointing inwards slightly.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
