sound cuts in and out, especially when moving. sometimes plays sound when plugged in but then when headset is raised on to the head it cuts out. if the headset receives a tap or knock, it cuts out. i actually purchased 7 units as a manufactor refurb, but 5 of them have this fault. Originally i gave them as gifts but they came back to me with this problem, i couldnt return them so now i just wanted to get my money back on them (current market price looks approx 5 x £70-£80), and so the cost of repair needs to make sense in order to get it done for all 5 units. hope you can help! open to suggestions or doing a deal or perhaps even a profit share if you wanted to fix them and sell them too… just thinking out loud 🙂

As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
