I regret to write you about the same issue I had last time. Repair request 400_13158 from 26/08/2017
I have been very happy with your service, unfortunately the same fault appeared yesterday. I have read on your website, the issue still may be covered with warranty, but the website does not accept the repair request number 400_13158.
I have checked with different cable, but again, the right speaker is not working. There is no mechanical damage, headphones have not been dropped.
Could you advise please if you would be able to help?

As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player. Would definitely recommend EP and would use again where one can repair and reuse perfectly good equipment rather than unnecessarily throw it away. Many thanks EP. -
