- I have attached a photo below; as far as I can tell the only damage is the fact that the glue/cement used to hold the 2 pieces of the left ear bud together has lost its hold, causing feedback when in the noise cancelling mode. The headphones still work, so all connections & wires are ok, so it is purely the seal between the 2 parts of the ear bud.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
