No sound in one ear – it only works when I turn the cord that is nearest the headphone jack back on itself, at certain angles.Also, the ear pads are quite worn, and ideally I would like them replaced, if possible. The original ear pads are made of sponge covered by a synthetic leather as the outer cover. The sponge is 1cm thick and 7cm in diameter.

As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
