HiI have a Jabra Motion Bluetooth headset and the USB dongle.
The Dongle works when I put it in a computer.
The headset turns on and all the lights appear fine, green and blue (for bluetooth being on).
However, from either a PC or phone then the phone cannot be located via Bluetooth. So my assumption is that Bluetooth is on the Jabra Motion device is kaput.
