About a week ago, during usual use, the headphones popped loudly and disconnected from my computer. The lights on the sides of the headphones also turned off, very briefly. About half a second later, the computer acknowledged the headphones again, and they continued to function as normal. This only happens when the wire is in a certain location, but it has several locations that it disconnects at. Recently the frequency of disconnections has increased.

All postal requirements were sent over and in the event the service was quick and painless and given notification of its safe arrival. As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
