I had the headphones around my neck and I removed them in a way to not mess up my hair. But I pulled them outwards and the band snapped in two places, the same on both sides. Right where the cushion stops and starts. I believe they still work fine aside from that. It's all hanging together by the wire inside the plastic, as the headband is completely snapped
