The audio keeps cutting out, I can't put the jack all the way into anything and I have to leave it half way in for it to work or to get full sound, when plugged all the way in the audio is muffled. Also I have to play with the cable at the top of the left earcup to get it to work and hold it in a still position.

All postal requirements were sent over and in the event the service was quick and painless and given notification of its safe arrival. As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
