I have recently had the jack replaced, but it's a really low quality plug and I think a small amount of the cable within around 6inches of the jack is damaged. I have a Neutrik plug I just need someone to
– cut off about 6 inches of the cable
– solder my Neutrik plug on
– I need to have this all done asap, by Wednesday latest. If I can arrange a time to pop in and someone to do the work while I wait that would be perfect!

All postal requirements were sent over and in the event the service was quick and painless and given notification of its safe arrival. As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player. Would definitely recommend EP and would use again where one can repair and reuse perfectly good equipment rather than unnecessarily throw it away. Many thanks EP. -
