For a while the wireless component of the headphones haven't worked. The device connects to my phone perfectly however they sound is very faint and only comes out of one ear. I have noticed while utilising the wireless aspect, if i hold the AUX cable close to the headphone jack, it can either diminish or enhance the quality of the sound depending on where it is held. Recently, even when using the AUX cable, sound only comes from one ear. I would like both these issues to be resolved.
