Hi, as of a couple months ago my speakers right amp (i think) has started to have some crackling problems. I've contacted the support team and they passed my details on to their repair team. I then waited a week and heard nothing, I called up customer support again, they said to contact the repair team, I have on multiple occasions and have only got a response once. They picked up the phone and said that they would send me a ups free post label. This never happened and they haven't picked up since. I love the speaker, it's amazing, though the repair team is anything but that. I'm now willing to get it fixed by any means.

All postal requirements were sent over and in the event the service was quick and painless and given notification of its safe arrival. As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player. Would definitely recommend EP and would use again where one can repair and reuse perfectly good equipment rather than unnecessarily throw it away. Many thanks EP. -
