I am contacting you regarding a fault with my Sunfire HRS-10 powered subwoofer and would like to enquire about possible diagnosis and repair.The unit powers on before but seem out recently and hence, there is no sound output. I have carried out some basic checks:
Power supply from wall socket as well as power cable appears normal
Tested with different RCA cables (including a Y-cable)
Connected to AV receiver (Denon AVC-X3800H) with correct subwoofer settings and the AV receiver can find there is subwoofer connected
No sound during manual test tone or when touching the RCA input tipBased on this, I suspect there may be an issue with the internal amplifier, but I would appreciate your professional assessment.
