A small amount (a quarter of a glass or so) of ginger wine was spilt across the keyboard around Christmas, the laptop had issues with its cooling fan a few days after the incident but seems to no longer have this issue. I have not used the laptop since except on two occasions to briefly assess its functionality, all keys are fully functional as of last week, and the fan can be heard working. I'm just concerned to get the device thoroughly cleaned so I can use it again. The battery pack is also jammed, which is why I can't provide the model number.

All postal requirements were sent over and in the event the service was quick and painless and given notification of its safe arrival. As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player. Would definitely recommend EP and would use again where one can repair and reuse perfectly good equipment rather than unnecessarily throw it away. Many thanks EP. -
