Basically this is a remote control MP3 player.
The fault is that no sound comes out of the speaker when a track is selected, the digital selection screen works fine. Also when you plug it into a pc to download the tracks or move them about on the MP3 the computer just says it does not recognise it. -

All postal requirements were sent over and in the event the service was quick and painless and given notification of its safe arrival. As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
