  • I plugged in one of the receivers of an HDMI matrix today and after a second, all the lights on the front went off and I could smell burning coming from the box. I have attached a link below to the item. It is one of the receivers you can see in the picture which isn’t now working. Plugging the receiver back into the mains and nothing happens, all the lights on the front remain off.
