The phone screen is cracked and the right half of the screen as well as a strip across the bottom of the screen is black (i'm assuming dead pixels). Some of the screen is responsive but it also seems as though it clicks randomly on the screen.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
