Hi I have had my phone for just under a year now. two weeks ago while I was abroad, while charging my phone. My phone started booting up to the Google screen, I cant progress from here. I have taken it to a mobile phone shop abroad and have been told that this is a hardware issue not software. Went through Huaewi website and my imei number shows that the phone was made outside of the UK, therefore not covered in any warranty. Purchased the phone online through ebay on 06/03/2016. Could you please give me a estimate how much it would cost to repair?

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
