Some sensitivity on touch screen where there is no damage. Below the cracked area no sensitivity. I.e. home screen button, back and the active apps button totally irresponsive due crack sustained just above the three base buttons following a drop of the phone. Hope this makes sense.
Request is to get an estimate price of repair, time scale of repair and wpuld I be require to sens this phone in by post or can I drop it into your workshop? If I can drop it in can I wait and collect it same day as I live in Gloucester? My children live near Heathrow/Hounslow area in London and phone belongs to my disabled daughter who has a history of dropping phones. I have mentioned this only to ask if you would be able to provide a sturdy/sturdier option/protection for the phone in case it gets dropped again?

As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
