Phone does not turn on , no lights on screen or buttons does not recognize a charger , I have tried several, does not respond to reboot start in safe mode or any of the start up procedures eg home volume up power button / volume down power button etc etc. Battery has been changed and still nothing . I've read it could e ic unit on forums and I did think before hand it was battery or if unit . I don't want a new PCB or factory reset as with Samsung repairs (factory reset) as I have several years of photos I wish to keep

As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
