Plextalk Vision Aid products are well known helper where you can store books, newspapers or magazines. Without the need of a computer! Many older devices like the Linio PTX1 are no longer available.
But don’t worry if you broke yours, we’re here to help. We offer support and service near you for the whole Plextalk PTN2 and Linio Pocket product range.

Some difficulties people have with their Plextalk products are:
- PLEXTALK Linio Pocket wrongly detected USB power
- incorrect detection of text or audio format in some DAISY content
- Tacx turbo app calibration error
- PTN1 not holding charge (needing battery replacement)
