Cracked glass and the LCD backlight is very low – almost black. You cant see the screen to use it but i know its on ive managed to unlock it and try to turn the brightness up didnt work. Repair is glass replacement and repair brightness of LCD screen.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
