My only gripe is if you don't have a printer at home then printing the tracking label at the post office (I tried 2) is not possible, I had to go to a library - but this obviously isn't the fault of EP, but it does claim that you can print at the post office on their website. -

I was initially somewhat cautious about mailing off my headphones for repair, not having them in hand and being at the mercy … read more of a company far away to diagnose and potentially retain until I had paid whatever they quote upon inspection....however no concerns whatsoever. Just over a week from me mailing them off until the headphones were received back. Cost came in 20% less than initial quote also. Very efficient, every step is tracked and logged. I recommend!
