      • My Kindle Voyage has been having screen issues for a few months. Areas of the screen have been becoming less responsive and then non- responsive at all (which means I'm unable to select those parts of the screen). It's gotten to be most of the bottom half (which meant not being able to search because the keyboard opens on the bottom half).

        My Kindle offered to do an update, which I thought it might help. Once the update was finished and my Kindle restarted, a notification pop up came onto my screen to highlight a new function ("You Can Now Scroll on Home") but because the "Done" button is in the bottom right of my screen I can't select it and I can't move past this. I've tried restarting my Kindle, touching elsewhere on the screen and pressing the page buttons on the right and left but nothing works.

        My Kindle has always been stored carefully and safe, in a case.

        I have sought help from Amazon, but as my product is out of warranty they've advised that it's probably not repairable and they can't do anything.
