Item was dropped, the toughened glass on the front of the screen is unbroken, but the LCD screen behind has cracking and blank grey areas that become visible when the device is powered on. The bottom half of the screen is not grey or cracked and is still working, and when interacting with the bottom half of the screen the tablet appears to be working fine apart from the screen damage and not being able access some functions due to not being able to see them on the top of the screen. -
