I sent this device to you for repair after it had been dropped on a tiled floor, causing a small dent in the metal frame and the glass screen to fracture. You replaced the screen and sent it back, and it was working ok however I then noticed a couple of small marks at two corners which I photographed. I have noticed the marks are getting larger and now another has started at a different corner. I wondered if they are stress fractures? However the surface of the glass feels completely smooth. They are located at the corner of the clear part of the screen i.e. on inside of black surround. Can I send this back to you under the 3 month repair warranty please? Repair ref 400 15059.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
