I have Kindle Paperwhite, I think it is 2013. I hadn’t used it for over 6 months and the other day I wanted to charge it so I can start using it again. I kept it on charge for over 6 hours however it didn’t switch on. I tried to reboot it as I read online that this is the best way to fix it but nothing happened. The screen stays frozen with the light on and after about 15 minutes the screen changes to the Kindle logo with the tree and that’s it, I can’t do anything else. The light is green. -
